William Pitsenberger
William Pitsenberger practiced law in Kansas for 37 years, then he and his wife moved to Chicago in 2016. While working as an attorney, Pitsenberger picked up a Master's degree in English, thinking it would look good in his obituary. It certainly provided the obligation to read and write thoughtfully and critically. In addition to four law journal articles, Pitsenberger’s stories published in The Deadly Writers Patrol (Vol. 18, Spring 2021) and The Opiate (Vol. 25, Spring 2021). For reading and reviewing, he is interested in literary fiction and mysteries. For nonfiction, he gravitates towards history.
